Rental Agreement
464 Transportation, LLC — Form B-105 REV 2023. In case of accident call police, call your insurance company, then call the rental office at (956) 615-5881.
1. Vehicle and authorized drivers
Only the renter and drivers listed and approved by 464 Transportation, LLC may operate the vehicle. Allowing an unauthorized driver ends the rental immediately and forfeits all monies paid, including the security deposit.
2. Rental period and returns
The vehicle must be returned at the date and time stated on your agreement. Late returns are subject to a $100 fee plus prorated hourly charges. Extensions must be approved in writing by us before the due-in time.
3. Mileage
Rentals include 200 free miles per day. Excess miles are charged at up to $3.00 per mile as stated on your agreement.
4. Fuel
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it was given. Otherwise a $50 refill convenience fee plus $5 per gallon is charged to the card on file.
5. Speed policy
For safety, the vehicle may not exceed 100 mph. First occurrence is a warning, second is a final warning, third terminates the rental immediately with forfeiture of the security deposit. Speed is verified by GPS and telematics.
6. Travel limits
The vehicle may not leave the state of Texas and may not travel more than 150 miles from San Antonio, TX without express written consent from a 464 Transportation, LLC representative. Undisclosed travel is a material violation allowing immediate termination and deposit forfeiture.
7. Tolls, tickets and citations
The renter pays all tolls, tickets and fines incurred during the rental. After your rental we calculate tolls used and charge the card on file.
8. Smoking and cleaning
Smoking in, on or near the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violations result in loss of the full security deposit plus a fee up to $250. Cleaning fees apply for messes beyond normal wear and tear.
9. Damage, deposits and refunds
Deposits may be applied to any amount owed under the agreement. Renters Collision Protection, when purchased, covers collision damage up to $20,000 with a $250 deductible and is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are refunded in full, including the deposit. After 24 hours — including the day of pickup — the deposit is non-refundable, but paid rental days are refunded.
10. Accidents
In case of accident, call the police, then your insurance company, then the rental office. Failure to file a police and carrier report makes the renter responsible for damages charged to the card on file.
11. Your property
You release us, our agents and employees from all claims for loss of or damage to personal property left or carried in or on the vehicle or in our offices.
12. Entire agreement
No term may be waived or modified except in writing signed by us. This agreement is the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior representations.
Acknowledgements you initial at signing
- 464 Transportation, LLC tracks all vehicles with 24/7 GPS for excessive speeding and reckless driving. If I am alerted for speeding, my rental term ends immediately, I must return the vehicle, and I forfeit ALL monies including the security deposit.
- No unauthorized drivers are allowed to drive this vehicle. Allowing one ends my rental immediately and forfeits all monies including the security deposit.
- I am required to pay the expense of all tolls and tickets incurred during my rental, charged to the card on file.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind in, on, or near the rental vehicle. Any smoke or vaping done in the vehicle results in a $500 fee, plus loss of my full security deposit.
- I may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, including my deposit. After 24 hours — including the day of pickup — my deposit is non-refundable, but the rental days I paid for are refunded.
- I agree to return the vehicle at the scheduled time. Late returns are subject to a $100 fee plus prorated hourly charges.
- All rentals include 200 free miles per day and are subject to an additional mileage rate of up to $3.00 per mile.
- The key must be returned with the car. If lost or stolen in my possession, I am responsible for replacement plus any additional cost including loss of use.
- I must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. Otherwise I will be charged a $50 gas refill convenience fee plus $5 per gallon.
- I may not drive outside the state of Texas, and may not take any vehicle more than 150 miles from San Antonio, TX without express written consent from a 464 Transportation, LLC representative.
- Cleaning fees are charged for excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear (spills, vomit, excessive pet hair, etc.).
- My card has been and will continue to be charged for any incidentals, damages, loss of use, diminished value, tolls, tickets, and costs incurred during my rental period.
- For safety the vehicle may not exceed 100 mph. Strikes apply for each occurrence; a third strike terminates the rental immediately and forfeits the security deposit. Speed may be verified by GPS or telematics.
- I have received a copy of this Agreement, had the opportunity to ask questions, and am entering into it voluntarily and without coercion.
