When you request a rental or sign a rental agreement we collect your name, contact details, date of birth, home address, driver's license number, expiration and issuing state, insurance carrier and policy details, the vehicle and dates you requested, your electronic signature, and any notes you provide.

If you pay a deposit or rental charges, payment is processed by our payment provider. We never store your full card number on our servers.

To verify eligibility to rent, prepare and enforce your rental agreement, contact you about your reservation, process deposits and charges including tolls, tickets, fuel and damage, and to comply with legal obligations.

Our vehicles are equipped with 24/7 GPS and telematics. Location, speed and usage data are recorded during your rental period and may be used to enforce the rental agreement, recover a vehicle, or cooperate with law enforcement.

We share information only with parties needed to operate the rental: payment processors, insurance companies, toll and citation authorities, collections or recovery agents, attorneys, and law enforcement when required. We do not sell your personal information.

Rental records are kept as long as needed for business, tax, insurance and legal purposes. Data is stored on access-controlled systems and only authorized 464 Exotics staff can view rental requests.

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing thunderboxco@gmail.com or calling (956) 615-5881. Some records must be retained where required by law or an open rental obligation.
